VHA series modules are designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of the power supply system and equipment during short-term power interruptions and voltage reduction to 0 VDC. The modules ensure the retention and control of the supply voltage at a given level, the issuance of alarm and information signals, the charging of external capacitive storage devices with the necessary current, and also have the ability to set the switching threshold in operation from the input network and from external capacitive storage devices. They are produced in low-profile metal cases with polymer potting. Intended for operation with a maximum passing current of 6 and 30A with a DC power supply of up to 50 VDC, with an extended temperature range of the case from -55 ° C to +105 ° C, which allows the use of these modules in equipment of various climatic designs, and polymer potting guarantees a high level of environmental protection as well as vibration, dust, humidity and salt mist. Pin terminals ensure the installation of modules on a printed circuit board or volumetric installation.
In addition, before VHA modules, it is recommended to use filters (VFPC series) to filter conductive electromagnetic interference and overvoltage protection ± 250VDC within 200 ms.
